In 2005 we were asked by Pret a Manger to create a new design palette they could apply to all their stores. This was rolled out to all existing sites.  Flagship sites needed bespoke design, such as Heathrow T5 which we designed and had fabricated the 5m tall masts that "flew" over the site.
